The following are the biographies of our founders, who are not only the leaders of PTC Partners, but hands-on managers:
Sandra S. Sanders, President/Owner
Sandy brings a wealth of diverse professional experience to PTC Partners clients. She is a graduate of Georgia State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in the field of Mental Health. She began her career as a social work professional, then spent over 25 years in education leadership and management. This included the development of new educational programs and curriculum, new school development, financial and workplace management, fundraising, and more. Additionally, she has spent the majority of her career providing management consultation and guidance to associates and family members in human resources, education the and transportation industries.
Today, Sandy is President of PTC Partners, where she oversees the company’s finances, makes top-level decisions regarding human resources, and evaluates all new project opportunities. Her experienced leadership ensures the success of each PTC Partners project.

Bernie Sanders, Advisory Board Member
Bernie earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia State University, and his Master’s Degree from Jacksonville University.
Bernie began his career with the historic Atlanta and West Point Rail Road, and the Georgia Railroad and Banking Company. When the railroad was sold to a financial institution, he found a new home at the L&N and Seaboard System (renamed the Chessie System), which grew to become CSX Transportation.
During his decades of service at CSX, he held such management positions as Director of the Data Systems Command Center, Director of Performance Improvement, and Director of End User Services, among others.
Throughout his career, Bernie developed many new technological innovations that are now commonplace in the rail industry today, and he has been two-time recipient of the President’s Award of Excellence for his achievements.
Bernie provides industry-leading strategic advice that benefits PTC Partners’ Board of Directors and the company overall.
